The India GDP Growth Story


India has had a great growth story for the last 5 years.Never before have we achieved this kind of GDP growth which will now slowdown due to the sub prime crisis in the US and the extremely high prices of commodities and food giving a big boost to the unwanted inflation figures.

The PM,Finance Minister deserve a pat on their back. But now is the time they will have to take some tough decisions on the Oil Fuel Prices.They need to move to remove the subsidy atleast on Petrol to start with at the same time improving public transport systems across the country.

During this period the Indian Rupee gained against the US Dollar only to slip in the current fiscal.
