Nanded City was launched in Pune on Sinhagad Road on the lines of the extremely successful Magarpatta City.Townships have been allowed an FSI of 1 up from the earlier 0.5 by the Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh.Ajit Pawar spoke about the Pune Ring Road once again which can be funded from the extra premium that the developers would pay the State Government for the additional FSI while Sharad Pawar spoke about providing affordable housing.Everything looks good on paper so far.
With a sad feeling I also read of the random chopping and pruning of trees on Boat Club Road.I think it's time that we make our cities and country greener rather than just chopping all the trees that we have.Would love to do something on this front.
