This third oil shock may be a blessing in disguise.Oil has already touched USD 139/barrel and shows no sign of receeding.May be, its time we took this as a signal to reduce our dependence on hydro carbons and we will build better public transportation systems which will be more enery efficient and environment friendly in all our booming cities,towns and metropolises.
